I Know, Because I Lived it

Hi, I’m Katelyn and have spent 12 years building a top-performing B2B sales career.

I closed big deals.

I earned Gartner’s highest sales award for the top 2% of the organization, “Eagle” while pregnant.

Then motherhood changed everything….

Broken sleep. Postpartum health challenges. Hormonal shifts. Breastfeeding building pipeline from scratch in a new territory since my accounts were handed off when I went on maternity leave all while carrying the highest number on my team.

I searched for guidance and support and what I got was not helpful or empowering:

Not by working more hours, but achieving more through focusing on alignment with my natural strengths, which included working with independent women sales coaches to help me reach the next level.
