After 12 years carving out a career as a top performer in B2B sales, I thought I knew exactly what success looked like. I lived the hustle, I chased the quota, and I won the biggest deals culminating in winning Gartner’s highest sales achievement, the Eagle Award, while I was pregnant.

But then, everything changed.

The Turning Point: When the Hustle Stopped Working

Becoming a mom was a beautiful, but profound, shift. The old playbook the broken sleep, the postpartum health challenges, the demands of working while breastfeeding forced me to finally accept I couldn’t work in the same way as I had been and part of my health challenges.

I looked around for guidance. What I found was frustrating: a continuous loop of "tough it out," 4 AM workouts, and "push harder,” “hire help.” This approach just didn't fit my reality, my energy levels, or my desire to be a present mom. I was determined to keep my career, my ambition, and my top-rep status, but I refused to sacrifice my health or my identity to do it.

I knew there had to be a sustainable way to succeed. A way to get back to the true heart of why I loved sales: the joy of connection through partnering with clients, the freedom it offered, and the unmatched earning potential all without burning out.

From Proof to Purpose: Redefining Success

Instead of giving up, I began to innovate. I learned to lean into my natural, feminine strengths. And the results speak for themselves: I went on to achieve Gartner’s second-highest award, Winners Circle, during my first year postpartum while navigating health challenges. Then, I earned another Winners Circle as a mom with an energetic, non-sleeping toddler.

These achievements weren't driven by pushing harder, or a new sales system. They proved that women don't need to work like men to win; in fact, our unique strengths are our competitive edge.

The Birth of Sales Sisterhood

I searched for a third-party community for ambitious women in sales that was real, vulnerable and empowering for women rather than the posturing that often comes with company programs.

I couldn't find it, so I created it.
